Bulletin details
The Flood Advisory will expire at noon CDT today for portions of southwest Illinois, including the following area, Madison and east central Missouri, including the following area and independent city, Saint Louis and Saint Louis City. The heavy rain has ended, and while stream levels remain elevated, water is receding. Urban area and small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
