* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern Adams County in northeastern Indiana... Central Wells County in northeastern Indiana... * WHEN...Until 815 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 5:10 PM EDT Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers and thunderstorms. Doppler radar estimates that up to 1 to 1.5 inches of rain has fallen across the advisory area. An additional 0.5 to 1 inch of rain is possible. Some locations that may experience minor flooding include Liberty Center, Linn Grove, and Berne. Http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
