Blackford County in east central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * At 318 PM EDT Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Doppler radar estimates that between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen across the advisory area, with an additional 0.5 to 1 inch possible. Minor flooding is expected.
