* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Blackford, Grant, Huntington, Jay and Wells. * WHEN...Until 815 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 513 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marion, Hartford City, Gas City, Upland, Dunkirk, Albany, Montpelier, Redkey, Van Buren, Pennville, Matthews, Center, Warren, Shamrock Lakes, Roll, Mcnatts, Keystone, Trenton, Mill Grove and Mount Zion. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
