Southwestern Marion County in central Indiana... Morgan County in central Indiana... Brown County in south central Indiana... Northwestern Jackson County in south central Indiana... North Central Lawrence County in south central Indiana... Monroe County in south central Indiana... Northeastern Owen County in west central Indiana... East Central Putnam County in west central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 624 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
