* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Eastern Clinton County in central Indiana... Western Howard County in central Indiana... Southeastern Carroll County in north central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1201 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Kokomo, Frankfort, Russiaville, Kirklin, Burlington, Michigantown and Indian Heights. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
