...The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Flood Advisory for the following rivers... Whitewater River at Brookville. Additional information is available at www.weather.gov/iln. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Whitewater River at Brookville. * WHEN...From this morning to late Thursday night. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland flooding can be expected near Cedar Grove and New Trenton, with lowland flooding also occurring in West Harrison, Indiana and Harrison, Ohio. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 6:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 3.3 feet. Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.0 feet just after midnight tonight. Action stage is 14.0 feet. Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
