* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Dearborn County in southeastern Indiana... Franklin County in southeastern Indiana... Ripley County in southeastern Indiana... Southern Fayette County in central Ohio... Butler County in southwestern Ohio... Clinton County in southwestern Ohio... Northern Hamilton County in southwestern Ohio... Warren County in southwestern Ohio... Southwestern Greene County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 630 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 323 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hamilton, Middletown, Fairfield, Mason, Oxford, Lebanon, Forest Park, Springboro, Sharonville, Wilmington, Monroe, Trenton, Franklin, Springdale, Harrison, North College Hill, Batesville and Mount Healthy.
