Northern Randolph County in east central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 915 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 509 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Muncie, Anderson, Elwood, Alexandria, Winchester, Yorktown, Union City, Albany, Frankton, Eaton, Parker City, Farmland, Summitville, Gaston, Selma, Ridgeville, Orestes, Saratoga and Ball State University. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
