* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Fayette County in east central Indiana... Western Union County in east central Indiana... Central Wayne County in east central Indiana... Northwestern Franklin County in southeastern Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1245 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 948 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Connersville, Centerville, Cambridge City, Liberty, Hagerstown, Dublin, Glenwood, Waterloo, Blooming Grove, Columbia, Bunker Hill, Abington, Brownsville, Laurel, Milton, Greens Fork, East Germantown, Mount Auburn and Mettel Field.
