* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Northern Fayette County in east central Indiana... Northern Union County in east central Indiana... Wayne County in east central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 115 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1100 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Connersville, Centerville, Cambridge City, Liberty, Hagerstown, Dublin, Franklin, Waterloo, Abington, Brownsville, Milton, Greens Fork, East Germantown, Spring Grove, Economy, Boston, Mount Auburn, Philomath and Interstate 70 at Exit 145.
