* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Eastern Union County in east central Indiana... Eastern Wayne County in east central Indiana... Northeastern Franklin County in southeastern Indiana... Northwestern Butler County in southwestern Ohio... Southwestern Darke County in west central Ohio... Western Preble County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 115 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1009 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Oxford, Eaton, Liberty, Camden, New Paris, West College Corner, Darrtown, Salem, Eldorado, West Manchester, College Corner, Spring Grove, Somerville, Boston, Whitewater, West Florence, Fairhaven, Sugar Valley and Goodwins Corner.
