ADDITIONAL DETAILS

At 1034 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Rapid river rises will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
