Northwestern McLean County in northwestern Kentucky... Eastern Union County in northwestern Kentucky... Northern Webster County in northwestern Kentucky... * WHEN...Until 945 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 644 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Henderson, Mount Vernon, Morganfield, Breckinridge Center, Sebree, Clay, Uniontown, Dixon, Corydon, Robards, Blairsville and Waverly.
