* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Ripley County in southeastern Indiana... * WHEN...Until 515 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 221 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Versailles, Osgood, Holton, Napoleon, Versailles Lake, Otter Village, New Marion, Benham, Olean, Ballstown and Cross Plains.
