* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Eastern Union County in east central Indiana... Eastern Wayne County in east central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 900 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 605 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Liberty, Fountain City, West College Corner, Salem, Spring Grove, Bethel, Boston, Whitewater, Richmond Municipal Airport, Witts Station, Kitchel, Middleboro, Goodwins Corner, Cottage Grove, Billingsville and Charlottesville.
