* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northern Wayne County in east central Indiana... Southern Darke County in west central Ohio... Western Montgomery County in west central Ohio... Eastern Preble County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 1145 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 844 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Trotwood, Miamisburg, Englewood, Greenville, Eaton, Moraine, West Carrollton, Arcanum, Camden, Lewisburg, Hagerstown, West Alexandria, New Madison, Gratis, Fountain City, Clayton and Brookville.
