Sappa Creek At Oberlin 1sw affecting Decatur County. .Rainfall over the past several days has lead to river rises. Sappa Creek at Oberlin did fall below flood stage this morning, but may return to flooding with additional rainfall tonight. Please report any river flooding to the National Weather Service. For the Sappa Creek...including Norcatur 15ne, Oberlin 1sw... elevated river levels are forecast.

It will then fall below flood stage late Saturday evening. Action stage is 9.0 feet. Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
