The Flood Advisory will expire at 430 AM CDT early this morning for portions of east central and northeast Kansas, including the following areas, in east central Kansas, Douglas and Shawnee. In northeast Kansas, Jefferson. The heavy rain has ended. Urban area and small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
