The Flood Advisory will expire at 215 AM EDT early this morning for portions of south central and southeast Kentucky, including the following areas, in south central Kentucky, Whitley. In southeast Kentucky, Bell and Knox. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose an imminent threat. Please continue to heed any lingering road closures.
