* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Bullitt County in central Kentucky... Northeastern Hardin County in central Kentucky... Northwestern Larue County in central Kentucky... * WHEN...Until 930 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 729 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Elizabethtown, Radcliff, Vine Grove, Crest, Tunnel Hills, Long View, Colesburg, Rogersville and Addington Field Airport. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
