The Flood Advisory will expire at 6 AM EDT early this morning for portions of east central and southeast Kentucky, including the following areas, in east central Kentucky, Estill. In southeast Kentucky, Jackson, Lee and Owsley. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
