* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...South Central Fayette County in central Kentucky... Garrard County in central Kentucky... Southeastern Jessamine County in central Kentucky... Madison County in central Kentucky... * WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 716 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Richmond, Lancaster, Mccreary, Berea, Round Hill, Kirksville, Silver Creek, Duncanon and Crow Valley. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
