* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring * WHERE...A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Knott, Leslie, Letcher, Perry and Pike. * WHEN...Until 630 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 323 AM EDT, Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hazard, Whitesburg, Letcher, Jenkins, Fleming-Neon, Vicco, Blackey, Van, Jeremiah, Isom, Hot Spot, Premium, Trailer, Tillie, Sackett, David, Oscaloosa, Carbon Glow, Crown and Amelia.
