* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Michigan, including the following counties, in south central Michigan, Eaton and Ionia. In southwest Michigan, Barry. * WHEN...Until 930 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 328 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Rainfall estimates from radar indicate that over 2 inches of rain has already fallen in the advisory area, with additional heavy rain likely through 530 AM. Rainfall totals may exceed 4 inches. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hastings, Portland, Middleville, Lake Odessa, Freeport, Irving, Sebewa, Sunfield, Mulliken, Woodland, Clarksville, Woodbury and Gresham. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
