* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern Michigan, including the following counties, Cheboygan and Presque Isle. * WHEN...Until 430 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1224 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Onaway, Indian River, Aloha, Aloha State Park, Koehler Township, Mullet Lake, Topinabee, Tower, Onaway State Park and Riggsville. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
