* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...North Central Gogebic County in western upper Michigan... Western Ontonagon County in western upper Michigan... * WHEN...Until 1015 AM CDT /1115 AM EDT/. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 806 AM CDT /906 AM EDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Porcupine Mountains State Park, Mirror Lake and Lake of the Clouds. www.weather.gov/safety/flood
