* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Livingston County in southeastern Michigan... * WHEN...Until 100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 954 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1/2 inch and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts between a half inch to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hartland, Howell, Brighton, Fowlerville, Pinckney, Hamburg, Cohoctah, Oak Grove, Gregory, Plainfield, Unadilla, Chilson, Deerfield Township, Lakeland, Hell, Pinckney State Recreation Area, Parkers Corners, Conway Township and Tyrone Township. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
