The Flood Advisory will expire at 1215 PM CDT this afternoon for a portion of east central Missouri, including the following area, Franklin. The heavy rain has ended, and while stream levels remain elevated, water is receding. Urban area and small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
