* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Howell County in south central Missouri... * WHEN...Until 645 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 351 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in West Plains. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. This includes the following low water crossings... Howell Creek at County Road 9790. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
