* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...South Central Carter County in southeastern Montana... * WHEN...Until 715 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in streams and rivers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 555 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms occurred. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
