What the bulletin says to do
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Eastern Daniels County in northeastern Montana... Northern Roosevelt County in northeastern Montana... Sheridan County in northeastern Montana... * WHEN...Until 615 AM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry stream beds. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 214 AM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Plentywood, Scobey, Medicine Lake, Froid, Flaxville, Archer, Redstone, Whitetail, Bredette, Madoc, Outlook, Navajo, Daleview, Homestead, Raymond, Reserve, Antelope, Dooley, Mccabe and Comertown. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
