* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Buncombe County in western North Carolina... Henderson County in western North Carolina... * WHEN...Until 1230 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 633 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hendersonville, Arden, Mills River, Fletcher, Swannanoa, Flat Rock, Etowah, Fairview In Buncombe County, Mountain Home, Laurel Park, Biltmore Forest, Bent Creek, Chimney Rock Village, Asheville Airport, Skyland, Biltmore Park, B.R.
