Southeastern McMinn County in east Tennessee... Southern Monroe County in east Tennessee... Polk County in east Tennessee... * WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 823 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Andrews, Murphy, Ducktown, Hayesville, Tellico Plains, Hiawasse Dam, Unaka, Violet, Culberson and Hot House. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
