* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Eastern Dickey County in southeastern North Dakota... * WHEN...Until 530 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 414 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Oakes, Fullerton, Ludden, Guelph and Glover. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
