* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of panhandle Nebraska, including the following counties, Banner and Kimball and southeast Wyoming, including the following counties, Goshen and Laramie. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 747 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Kimball, Pine Bluffs, Burns, Albin, Bushnell, Egbert, Pine Bluffs Municipal Airport, Oliver Reservoir, Panorama Point, Kimball Municipal Airport, Gun Barrel, Carpenter, Oliver Reservoir Campground and Kimball County Fairgrounds. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
