At 308 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms has ended. However, overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
