South Central Garden County in the panhandle of Nebraska... * WHEN...Until 1215 AM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 914 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Chappell, Oshkosh, Intersection of Highway 27 and 9 Mile Road, Mount Vernon and Bluewater Battlefield State Historical Park. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
