* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Central Lancaster County in southeastern Nebraska... * WHEN...Until 645 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 348 PM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in Lincoln due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Lincoln is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lincoln, Malcolm, Raymond, Lincoln Airport, Pioneers Park, Holmes Lake Park, Emerald, Walton and Branched Oak State Recreation Area. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
