* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of panhandle Nebraska, including the following county, Scotts Bluff and southeast Wyoming, including the following county, Goshen. * WHEN...Until 400 AM MDT. * IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1250 AM MDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mitchell, Morrill, Lyman, Yoder, Huntley and Scotts Bluff County Fairground. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
