The Flood Advisory will expire at 415 PM MDT this afternoon for a portion of panhandle Nebraska, including the following area, Sioux. Water is receding, but additional heavy rain is possible late this afternoon and this evening. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
