* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Bergen County in northeastern New Jersey... Essex County in northeastern New Jersey... Hudson County in northeastern New Jersey... Union County in northeastern New Jersey... Bronx County in southeastern New York... Kings (Brooklyn) County in southeastern New York... New York (Manhattan) County in southeastern New York... Queens County in southeastern New York... Richmond (Staten Island) County in southeastern New York... * WHEN...Until 315 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 113 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of heavy rain due to thunderstorms approaching the area and moving through between 200 AM and 330 AM. Minor flooding is expected in the advisory area during this period. Rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area and will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
