* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Bergen County in northeastern New Jersey... Hudson County in northeastern New Jersey... Bronx County in southeastern New York... Kings (Brooklyn) County in southeastern New York... Nassau County in southeastern New York... New York (Manhattan) County in southeastern New York... Queens County in southeastern New York... Southern Westchester County in southeastern New York... * WHEN...Until 830 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 637 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
