Union County in northeastern New Jersey... * WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 656 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Plainfield, Linden, Summit, Millburn, Caldwell, Clark, Fairfield, Union, Irvington, West Orange, Westfield, Livingston, Rahway, Maplewood, Scotch Plains, Cranford, Hillside, Roselle, South Orange and Roselle Park. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
