* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northeast New Jersey, including the following county, Passaic. * WHEN...Until 1215 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 908 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Rainfall rates in excess of one inch per hour can be expected. Some locations that will experience flooding include... West Milford, Ringwood, Pompton Lakes, Bloomingdale, Upper Greenwood Lake and Wanaque. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
