* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of northern Dona Ana County in New Mexico. * WHEN...Until 915 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 720 PM MDT, Scattered thunderstorms between Hatch and Radium Springs have produced around a half inch of rain over basins feeding several low water crossings along state highways 185 and 154. Minor flooding is expected in these low water crossings. Additional thunderstorms moving in from the north this evening could result in worse flooding if they hold together. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Rincon, Angostura, Peaceful Valley. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
