* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Dona Ana and far eastern Luna County in southern New Mexico. * WHEN...Until 915 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 725 PM MDT, Strong thunderstorms have produced very heavy rainfall just east of the Luna/Dona Ana County line. Flooding is likely to occur on rural back roads in this area, north and south of Interstate 10, and west of the I-10 west Border Patrol Checkpoint. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
