* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central Grant County in southwestern New Mexico... * WHEN...Until 845 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 552 PM MDT, A stationary thunderstorm near Bayard has produced over a half inch of rain in 30 minutes. This is likely to result in minor flooding in poor drainage areas, and may flood roads in the area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hurley, Bayard, North Hurley, Cobre, Santa Clara and Fort Bayard. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
