* WHAT...Urban and arroyo flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of northern Grant County in New Mexico. * WHEN...Until 600 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 406 PM MDT, A strong to severe thunderstorm slowly moving across northeastern Grant County is also dumping torrential rainfall. This will cause street flooding and may inundate low water crossings. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hurley, Bayard, Cobre, North Hurley, Hanover, Fierro, Santa Clara, Fort Bayard and Arenas Valley. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
