* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of northern Otero County in New Mexico. * WHEN...Until 800 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 452 PM MDT, Heavy rainfall has returned to lower Nogal Canyon and Bent. This will result in enhanced flows on Tularosa Creek in the next few hours, as well as more localized flooding from side canyons. Some locations that may experience flooding include...
